Customer Registration
Can I have both my Eswatini mobile & Eswatini MTN mobile number registered?
- No, you cannot because with your ID you can only register one mobile number.
Can I send money using Instacash to someone who is not registered?
- Yes you can send money to any active mobile number in Eswatini three times but the receiver will be able to withdraw twice and on the third time the receiver will be required to register with Instacash.
How do I reset it PIN?

What is the minimum amount I need to start up as an Instacash agent?
- The initial Minimum and recommended Instacash Float required are as follows (These limits are subject to change by Instacash from time to time);

Do I receive a commission for every purchase made?
- No, there is no commission for merchants, T& C apply.
I seem to have misplaced my reference number, how may I be assisted?
- Kindly contact your Instacash accounts manager for the relevant help.
We are having issues with our pin, how do we go about resetting it?
- You will need to contact your designated Instacash account manager for the relevant assistance.
Do I need a till number for customers to perform transaction?
- Yes, you need a till number (merchant number) for customers to pay for goods and services.
