Withdraw Money
Customers
- You can withdraw cash from any INSTACASH vendor/agent found countrywide.
- You need to have a positive balance to withdraw cash.
- Withdrawals start from E1, and you can withdraw up to E10,000 per day
- You will need to provide your ID when making a withdrawal
- Dial *365# (make sure you use the SIM you are registered with as INSTACASH customer)
- Dial 2 for WITHDRAW CASH
- Enter 6-digit AGENT CODE (This code is displayed at the VENDOR’s desk/till OR ask the code from the VENDOR)
- Enter amount (Note that charges will apply. Ask to see the tariffs chart from the Vendor. This chart is displayed at the Vendor desk/wall at all times)
- Press 1 to Confirm Withdrawal
- Enter your 4-digit PIN
- You will receive an SMS notification
- Sign off your withdrawal and TAKE YOUR ID with you before you leave
To withdraw cash, the INSTACASH Vendor/Agent will ask you to:

- When you receive money from any INSTACASH customer while you are not registered, you will receive an SMS Notification with a UNIQUE Code. DO NOT DELETE the SMS before you withdraw
- Locate an INSTACASH Vendor/Agent nearest you to withdraw your cash
- Show the INSTACASH Vendor/Agent your UNIQUE CODE (from the SMS notification you received)
- You are required to PROVIDE your ID to the INSTACASH Vendor/Agent
- The INSTACASH Vendor/Agent will conduct the transaction from the Agent phone and give you cash
- There are no withdrawal charges to guests. Instead, the sender caters for these charges by default
- SIGN OFF your withdrawal in the Agent Transaction Book and TAKE YOUR ID with you before you leave
NOTE: Use the opportunity to register for Free as a Customer at the Vendor/Agent while withdrawing as a guest, as you will not be able to make any further guest withdrawals after the first one.
