Win A Car Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter and Organiser
The competition is organised and promoted jointly by INSTACASH (a mobile money operator licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Eswatini) and Mongefela Investments, under a raffle license issued by the Eswatini Gaming Board on October 15, 2025.

2. Competition Period
The competition commences on 16 October 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 15 April 2026. The grand draw will take place on 22 April 2026 and will be live-streamed on INSTACASH social media platforms.

3. Eligibility
3.1. Participation is open only to residents of the Kingdom of Eswatini who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
3.2 Employees, directors, and management of INSTACASH and Mongefela Investments (including their agents and contractors directly involved in the competition) are not eligible to participate.
3.3 INSTACASH’s system is configured to reject transactions from registered users under 18 years of age. Any participant found to be under 18 (regardless of how entry was obtained) will be automatically disqualified, and any prize awarded will be forfeited.
3.4 Any spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister of an employee, director and management of INSTACASH and Mongefela Investments are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter
4.1 Each raffle ticket costs E50.00 (fifty Emalangeni).
4.2 Payment must be made via the INSTACASH mobile money platform to the designated competition wallet: Biller Code 300300.
4.3 No additional service charges, tariffs, or transaction fees are levied by INSTACASH for purchasing tickets.
4.4 Multiple entries are permitted. Bulk purchases in multiples of E50 (up to a maximum of E4,000 per transaction) are allowed.
4.5 Every successful E50 payment generates one (1) unique ticket reference number, which will appear at the beginning of the confirmation SMS. For bulk purchases, the same reference number will be duplicated according to the quantity of tickets purchased.
4.6 Entries are final once payment is confirmed. No refunds will be issued except in the circumstances outlined in Clause 10 below.

5. Disqualification and Forfeiture
5.1 Payments of less than E50 will be disqualified, and the funds will be forfeited.
5.2 Payments higher than E50 that are not exact multiples of E50 will have the excess amount (remainder after division by 50) forfeited. Only the exact multiple of E50 will count as valid tickets.
5.3 Any attempt to manipulate the entry process or breach these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all entries.

6. The Prize
6.1 One (1) grand prize: a brand-new Toyota Quantum Kombi valued at approximately E600,000.
6.2 The vehicle was procured and fully paid for before the competition commenced, and proof of purchase was sent to and verified by the Eswatini Gaming Board.
6.3 The prize is fully insured until the date of the grand draw.
6.4 The vehicle may be used for promotional activations across Eswatini and may be driven (by an authorised driver), towed, or transported. As a result, minimal mileage (not exceeding 20,000 km in total) may be recorded by the draw date.
6.5 The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Branding of the Prize Vehicle
7.1 INSTACASH reserves the right to brand (or retain existing branding on) the Quantum in INSTACASH colours and marketing messages for promotional purposes for a period of up to twelve (12) months after the winner takes possession.
7.2 After this 12-month period, the winner may remove the branding at their own cost or retain it at no cost to INSTACASH.

8. The Draw and Winner Selection
8.1 The draw will be conducted publicly on 22 April 2026 and live-streamed on INSTACASH official social media platforms.
8.2 An Independent audit firm will oversee and verify the transparency, fairness, and integrity of the draw process.
8.3 One winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries.

9. Notification and Claiming the Prize
9.1 The winner will be notified via the mobile number used to purchase entries within 48 hours of the draw.
9.2 The winner must present valid identification (national identity card or valid passport) to claim the prize.
9.3 If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within thirty (30) days of notification, a re-draw will be conducted.

10. Guarantee of the Draw – Non-Cancellation Clause
In accordance with the license issued by the Eswatini Gaming Board and the binding Memorandum of Understanding between INSTACASH and Mongefela Investments:

• The competition will not be discontinued or cancelled for any reason once it has commenced.
• The grand draw will take place on the scheduled date (22 April 2026) irrespective of the total funds collected (whether lower than, equal to, or higher than the prize value).
• INSTACASH and Mongefela Investments jointly and severally accept full responsibility and liability to deliver the prize to the winner.
• In the highly unlikely event that the prize cannot be awarded for reasons beyond regulatory compliance, INSTACASH undertakes to refund all participants the full E50 paid per ticket.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
11.1 Personal information collected will only be used for the administration of the competition and in accordance with the Data Protection Act of Eswatini. Ticket reference numbers and participant contact details may be shared with the independent auditor and the Eswatini Gaming Board for verification purposes.
11.2 By entering, participants consent to the processing of their personal information for the administration of this competition.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INSTACASH will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Eswatini.

14. Amendments
INSTACASH reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where required by law or by the Eswatini Gaming Board. Any material changes will be communicated to participants social media.
